The Legends Golf Course is a masterful course flowing through the Texas Hill Country surrounded by Lake LBJ. Designed by Tom Kite, Roy Bechtol, and Randy Russell, the Legends Golf Course is an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all abilities. Less than 60 miles from downtown Austin, the golf course is part of a lake-side community located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas. Legends Golf Course is close in proximity to Log Country Cove, Perissos Vineyard and Winery, the Marble Falls Sweet Berry Farm, Camp Champions, Longhorn Cavern State Park, and Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Played 5 rounds there last weekend, greens rolled true (fast medium), and course was in good condition considering our dry summers. Villas and cabins were just right for the price, and ability to use the pool to cool off was a plus. Carts were newer, and liked having them easily available and ready to use each day. Pro shop did a good job of pre-arranging our lunch for pickup at the turn and making breakfast / snacks / drinks available. Surrounding scenery was nice.
