We love hosting large groups! For group bookings or special events, feel free to reach out anytime to ensure your stay is everything you envisioned. 

cancellation policy

If you have any questions, our team is always available to help make your booking process smooth and easy. We also offer flexible cancellation policies: 

  • For a refund, room reservations must be canceled within 48 hours of booking
    • A 50% refund will apply if the room is canceled 7 or more days in advance
    • Refund not available if requested less than 7 days before arrival

Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy

  • Check-in is at 3 pm local time (CST).
  • Check-out is at 10 am local time (CST).
  • There is no smoking or vaping permitted of ANY kind.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • We will need a credit card number to reserve your room.
  • Bookings are not transferable. No name change is allowed.
  • You must be 21 years of age to book any room or reservation of any kind.
  • Any damage to the property will be billed to the credit card used for booking the reservation.
  • Rates quoted are based on your period of stay and are subject to change if you change your arrival and/or departure dates.
  • Rates quoted are in US Dollars.
  • All charges for your stay will be in US Dollars. 
  • Rates are based on the number of adults confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Any extension of stay will be charged based on either the prevailing room rate or rate set out in your hotel offer packages offered.
  • Upon booking, your credit card will be charged the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
  • If you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, we reserve the right to correct the rate or cancel the booking at our discretion and will contact you directly to do so.
